Storage King exceeded our expectations! The facility was super clean, our belongings remained safe dry despite wild weather, the staff member was undoubtedly the most cheerful person on earth the lifts nearby planes added to the experience! Thank you Storage King 1) Staff were excellent - super friendly helpful to us first-timers 2) Service was excellent 3) Security was excellent - at times we needed to remind ourselves of our own code 4) Cleanliness was excellent - spotless! 5) Value for money was excellent 6) Safety standards were excellent - plenty of trolleys 7) Overall impression was excellent Yes we would recommend Storage King to our families and friends Thank you for your service!

Michael Vickers, the manager of Storage Kings in St Peters, is absolutely wonderful. When I first rang around facilities trying to find somewhere for long term storage, Michael was the only person I spoke to that was able to give me accurate information about the storage I needed. He followed up by email with comprehensive information and was really helpful all the way along. I had to make a frantic call late on the last day before the Easter weekend when I had run out of boxes, and Michael was able to save the day with a lateral solution. The level of service at this particular facility is outstanding. Michael s colleague Rod Scaife is also great. They are a fantastic team. I would never go anywhere else again and I have been recommending them to everyone I speak to ever since.
